Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via the method you select at checkout. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please reach out to us at info@naplessoap.com.

All changes need to be requested as soon as an issue is recognized. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, no further changes can be made. Please reach out to Customer Service at info@naplessoap.com to request any order changes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any orders internationally. If you have friends or family with a United States address, we suggest shipping your order to them so they can forward it to you. If you are located in Canada, check out our selection of Naples Soap Company products available on our Amazon Store (please note, not all products are available via Amazon).

Most orders ship the day after they're placed, however, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship. During peak times (Holiday and Sales), order preparation may be extended to 3-5 business days due to the large volume of orders we may receive.

Expected delivery for Standard or Free Shipping is 5-7 business days from the time the order is shipped. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order.

Expedited orders ship within 1-2 business days. Weekends or US holidays do not count as business days.

We ship all orders via USPS or FedEx. Please provide a shipping address on your order that will validate with the post office.

The estimated delivery date of your package is provided by the carrier service. Once the carrier has an estimated timeframe available, they will update this information on the tracking page.
