I personally struggled and suffered from eczema and psoriasis for most of my life. My daughter was born with eczema as well. I tried virtually every prescription and over-the-counter product on the market to relieve our symptoms, but none were effective.  

As a former Registered Nurse with a background in healthcare and wound care, I started researching exactly what we were putting on our skin that could be causing our painful skin irritations. I read product labels and researched
common ingredients used in many beauty products. It was a real eye opener. I was shocked to learn about the negative effects of ingredients like propylene glycol, parabens, hardening agents, sulfates, and much more.

I knew there had to be a better way. I started experimenting
with natural skin care products made with coconut oil, shea butter and olive oil. Soon after, my daughter and I started to see real results. I was on to something life-changing and decided to use my skin care journey to help others as
well.

In 2009, I opened Naples Soap Company in a small 300 sq.
foot retail space in a tourist mall called Tin City in downtown Naples, Florida. Today, we sell our products through our retail stores throughout Florida, our website at naplessoap.com, our wholesale relationships with retailers and spas throughout the United States and on amazon.com.
