Still absolutely love this serum, soaks into the delicate skin area under eyes, brightening and softening, helping reduce signs of lines and dark rings. My only complaint is the new bottle - the delivery is occasionally erratic and harder to control, serum squirting off in odd directions or too little/much coming out. I also fear I'll get close to the end of the bottle and waste some precious serum still left in there but unable to get out. Much prefer the little glass jar which was probably more eco friendly too!

My rating is mainly because of the new packaging. I love the product but hate the new pump and I have followed the instructions and also Naples Soap Company responses "for best results . . ." The jar was simple and 1 oz. The pump is a pain to use and only .5 oz. Bring back the jar please!!!!
Go back to small jar instead of new applicator . The applicator doesn’t work properly and wastes more serum than anything. Loved the original serum and packaging.

I absolutely hate this new pump container! Terrible control on how much comes out in each pump. The pump itself doesn’t even work properly! Sometimes too much comes out and it’s wasted! Not only that with the tub I could transfer some into a smaller container for travel. I will be returning it! 😢

I like the metal applicator but the pump is hard to control and it either shoots out or just a very small amount comes out.

The applicator nozzle is difficult to push down .. I've had the cream squirt out all over my bathroom counters. Don't know about the product yet, because of the faulty nozzle.

I love the new metal tip applicator!! It feels great under the eye and more sanitary than the jar. This is a staple in my skincare routine.

The new packaging does not work well as the serum does not come out easily so you end up wasting product. The jar packaging was much better.

The vial seems empty. Needs a lot of pumps and now it is leaking on the side. Go back to the jar !!!!

Don't like that tou have to pump the eye serum..too much comes out at a time..the metal applicator is great, but wish it was in a tiny jar like before.
